Mangosteen magic If you've ever been tempted by Mangosteen testimonials, you're not alone. I don't think there's anything about xanthones that makes them any more interesting than other antioxidant classes such as carotenoids or flavonoids - which you can find in any fruit or vegetable. "Whole mangosteen, like many fruits, is a modest source of disease-fighting antioxidants."
